About graylee Construction

Graylee was founded in 2016 by Sean Beavers. Sean is a third-generation bridge builder, his father and grandfather both had careers built on grit and craftsmanship. This legacy attracted Sean to construction at 18. He worked his way through college by working at engineering and construction firms. He received a bachelor’s in Construction Management from the University of Arkansas Little Rock. He then built a career as a project manager, then superintendent for large construction firms. He was the youngest bridge superintendent on every bridge project he worked on. When Sean founded Graylee in 2016 he already had 21 years of construction experience, and was respected as a local expert in his field. Throughout those 21 years, Sean worked for a few different bridge companies, some who treated employees poorly. Sean figured if he knew how to build bridges, then surely, he could build a company that would treat people fairly.
