We value the well-being of our team and their ability to get healthcare when they need it. Employees have the choice between two health insurance plans. Graylee contributes 50% of the cost to health, dental, and vision insurance premiums.
Health Savings Account and Flexible Savings Account deductions are a tax-free way to put money aside to cover health related expenses, such as deductibles, copayments and other out of pocket expenses. Employees can also choose to put additional money aside in their HSA/FSA.

Graylee employees are eligible to contribute to a SIMPLE IRA retirement plan. Eligible employees receive an employer annual match to their retirement contributions.
