Without our exceptional employees, Graylee Construction would not be what it is today. Each project we complete is a culmination of the drive, diligence, and determination of our employees. We are appreciative of our employees, and all that they contribute to our teams!

Our goal is for our customers to say that we are the best construction company they have ever worked with. In order to accomplish that goal, we believe that we must create an environment that makes our employees say that we are the best employer they have ever worked for!

We employ a variety of tradespeople of multiple skill levels in order to create a dynamic team. We believe in promoting from within first, and training our employees in multiple disciplines in order to foster growth and advancement. 

We value the well-being of our team and their ability to get healthcare when they need it. Employees have the choice between two health insurance plans. Graylee contributes 50% of the cost to health, dental, and vision insurance premiums.

Health Savings Account and Flexible Savings Account deductions are a tax-free way to put money aside to cover health related expenses, such as deductibles, copayments and other out of pocket expenses. Employees can also choose to put additional money aside in their HSA/FSA.  

Our team does amazing work year-round. We are pleased to honor that hard work and plan our project timelines to accommodate for paid days off for 6 national holidays. 

Graylee employees are eligible to contribute to a SIMPLE IRA retirement plan. Eligible employees receive an employer annual match to their retirement contributions.
